New editor adds microscopic attention to detail at Porterhouse Medical

The Porterhouse Medical Group is delighted to welcome Isabel Thomas to our scientific services team in Reading.

Joining us as an associate editor, Isabel will be working closely alongside Stephanie, senior editor, to boost the capacity of our busy editorial team. Isabel recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and as part of her degree worked on a microbiological project assessing the viability of using predatory bacteria to treat wound infections. She also has experience working in a microbiological laboratory and hopes to bring her passion for all things microscopic, especially fine details, to her role here at Porterhouse.

Luckily Isabel was just in time to join in the seasonal festivities, meeting the team for the first time at the Christmas party!
