How to account for different motivations in closed loop marketing
While your CLM technology might be brand new, the communications strategy behind should be tried and tested. In fact one of the earliest exponents of rhetoric, Aristotle, can still inform digital communications methodology today.
Aristotle described the three parts of persuasion:
1)Ethos: persuading through your authority or credibility
2) Pathos: appealing to the audience’s emotions
3) Logos: winning people over by logical argument
What Aristotle was pointing out is that there are different kinds of argument that any communication must account for if it is to be successful.
