Gill Adair announced as Global Head of Talent Acquisition
We're pleased to announce the senior appointment of Gill Adair as our Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Gill,
who has progressed throughout Ashfield since joining the company straight from
AstraZeneca 17 years ago, has been appointed in order to drive forward the
company’s innovative and progressive recruitment campaigns, to identify new
talent, and to nurture the careers of those already working within the group.
Ashfield
Healthcare Communications employs 700 staff worldwide with more than 350
UK-based associates.
Speaking about the focus of her
new role, Gill commented: “I’m thrilled to have taken on this exciting
new role. Not only will my role focus on our approach to acquiring talent, but
it will also allow me to identify opportunities for career development for
existing employees.”
Talking about how her
experience in the sector will help her shape this role, Gill said: “I started work in
medical communications in 1999 and have worked my way up progressing through
the group. I know from personal experience what it takes to define a career and
progress within the medical communications sector. More crucially I understand
what clients want and how important cultural fit is for new talent joining us.
