Virtual Speaker Program: A Customer Story
Learn how we helped our client develop a virtual speaker program and roll out a series of regional peer-to-peer education sessions.
In this follow-up Longitudinal Expert Engagement Plan™ (LEEP™), our client leveraged Impetus Digital’s cutting-edge virtual tools, all-in-one platform, and white-glove digital and strategic services to co-develop a virtual speaker program and roll out a series of regional peer-to-peer education sessions.
Our client’s main objectives were to:
- Build on the insights from a previous virtual advisory board LEEP™ by engaging the same group of advisors in the development of a virtual speaker program related to fertility medicine.
- Determine the most effective and interesting topics, structure, and delivery format, as well as how to best measure the success of the speaker program.
- Co-create a Medical-approved slide deck, including two rounds of asynchronous and synchronous reviews.
- Plan and execute virtual events for 7 regional groups of community physicians (general practitioners), each led by one of the expert speakers.
