- Agency description
A quirky agency with a global reach
RFA is an integrated creative agency with more than 20 years’ experience working with leading life science companies. Based in Oxford, the agency specialises in delivering innovative branding solutions, through forward-thinking strategic direction, creative vision and digital expertise.
What started as a partnership between two bold marketing minds has grown to become a thriving hub of talented creatives. “For us, bringing together marketing, creative and digital under one roof is key,’ reflects co-director and founder, Rod Fraser. ‘It allows an amazing cross-pollination of skills and ideas and creates the best work.” Their clients clearly agree.
RFA were quick to spot the game-changing impact that the iPad would have on customer engagement and launched their own closed-loop marketing platform back in 2010. To date, they have produced more than 500 CLM presentations and are taking digital excellence to the next level through personalisation and highly segmented digital journeys.
As an agency, they have a global reach through strategic partnerships – they’re also accredited by all the major CRM/CLM providers, including Veeva, MI Touch, OCE, Agnitio and DSA. Their work has won numerous awards from bodies such as the PM Society and the VMA for both creativity and effectiveness.
From disruptive poster campaigns to arresting web content, cutting-edge apps to innovative eDetail aids, everything RFA does is imbued with the same impressive digital and creative synergy. A coming together of minds that sets brand messages ablaze with winning concepts and seamless delivery.
With so many new and exciting ventures on the go, it’s not surprising the agency continues to grow, despite 2020 being a difficult year for many agencies. “We’ve continued to grow right through the Covid crisis and the transition to working from home for the moment has been utterly seamless, even with 50+ staff,” comments Fraser. “Though I’m happy to say we haven’t lost any of our quirky ‘family’ feel, which clients seem to really like. I think that’s a definite superpower.”
