2021DDB Remedy London
AGENCY STATEMENT
We start by asking ‘what is the business challenge that communications can solve?’ Then, for every client, brand and brief, we combine strategy, science and a dose of creativity with a deeply human culture to create Unexpected Work that works.

- Agency description
We are DDB Remedy, a global creative agency dedicated to health and wellness.
We do everything – from grand global strategies to bespoke experiences and content, from South Korea to Brazil, from medical aesthetics to rare diseases and everything in-between.
As part of the DDB global advertising network, we share the home of creativity with adam&eveDDB, the world’s leading agency, and we have the support of OMNICOM, a global leader in modern marketing solutions.
As with all our sister DDB agencies in the world, we believe the best idea is the one that resonates at an emotional level but connects in an unexpected way. The only path to genuinely unexpected works is through creativity that is individual, surprising and interesting enough to raise an eyebrow, cause jaws to drop and sales to soar. It’s having the fresh perspective and raw energy to bring something into the world that no one’s ever seen before. It’s about having the courage to shake things up and maybe even tear a few things down.
For every client partner, every brand, every brief, we find the ownable emotion, the one that makes people act and we combine it with our additional driving factor – the unexpected – to create unexpected work that works. For us, the best idea is the one you never saw coming; it catches you so off guard and you can’t look away.
Unexpected works also means that diversity in a broader sense is an imperative for us. You can’t create the unexpected if you only work with the usual suspects. We are diverse in personality, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, background, age, and class – to name just a few. Bringing together diverse thinkers with diverse backgrounds means that we promote a culture that is wildly creative and as human as the work that we do.
We are proud to be who we are and do what we do. We are proud of Unexpected Works. Come and find out more.
