AGENCY STATEMENT
We partner with clients to provide scientific engagement, employee engagement, L&D solutions, and capability development, all underpinned by applied behavioural science. We then engage audiences through the creation and delivery of experiential, film and immersive content and experiences.

- Agency description
Today’s world is faster, more complex and more connected, where many old assumptions no longer apply. But despite this ever-changing landscape, we still need to deliver business results and in order to do so, engage effectively with all stakeholders - customers, employees, partners, societies. Engage in a way that drives lasting change.
Today’s challenges need a new solution. A flexible ecosystem of specialists, working together to solve problems in a pragmatic way, that is creatively ambitious and impacts the business.
Today, business is no longer defined purely by your balance sheet, it’s defined by the way the world experiences you. Businesses need to organise around the delivery of exceptional experiences.
Uniquely, we offer an unusual combination of our Consult and Create services working together. Assembling integrated teams from across our specialist divisions, all focused on creating experiences that inspire lasting change.
Axiom, our scientific engagement and life sciences training division, partners with clients to create Launch Excellence, Sustained Market Leadership and Portfolio Market Leadership. We have centres of excellence in Oncology, Haematology and Chronic Disease.
Cormis, our capability development division, partners with Medical, Marketing and Commercial teams to transform the potential of people and the performance of teams.
WRG, our live, hybrid and virtual event division, creates experiences that inspire lasting change for internal and external audiences.
TCEG Film, our global video production division, creates film to inspire and move people and change behaviours.
TCEG Digital, our interactive and immersive division, combines strategy, creativity and UX to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
TCEG Behavioural Science, our in-house behavioural science capabilities provide the fuel and remove the friction to deliver experiences that inspire lasting change.
Forty1, our employee experience division, creates impactful experiences that enrich people’s working lives.
Logicearth, our digital learning services division, drives talent and performance development.
The Creative Engagement Group is headed by Group CEO, Russ Lidstone and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Huntsworth Ltd.
