Public affairs and policy prize at Communiqué for Incisive Health

Agency also picks up accolades for its media, payer and writing work

Incisive Health

Incisive Health was named Public Affairs and Policy Consultancy of the Year at the 2017 Communiqué Awards last night.

The London-based agency also picked up a trio of other awards at the event, with accolades for its media, payer and writing work.

Commenting on the group’s Public Affairs and Policy Consultancy win, the Communiqué judges said: “Despite a relatively short history, Incisive impressed with a clear market proposition being successfully executed by a strong management team.

“We liked their long-term vision, values and they way they capitalised on market developments to deliver great results, turning challenges into opportunities and tangible deliveries for clients. We can see promising future potential for them in this strong, competitive field.”

Incisive also won the Writing Excellence – General award for it’s ‘Unleashing the British Biotiger’ for pharma giant Roche, beating competition from Complete HealthVizion and Edelman.

The judges commented: “This work clearly had an impact and it did so by cutting through any ambiguity in the area. It set out its position strongly and did so in a concise and clear manner. Although it’s still too early to see its full impact, the work successfully engaged with key figures, which is a great start.”

Exposing ‘secret’ NHS plans

The agency also won two awards – in Excellence in Communication, Payers/Policy makers and Excellence in Media Relations, Healthcare – for its ‘Our NHS: Exposing ‘Secret Plans’, Mobilising Public Engagement’ work for 38 Degrees.

Judges said: “We really liked this extremely impressive campaign with phenomenal results. Incisive Health and 38 Degrees put together in depth research with a tailored message. They translated media scrutiny into policy action in this multi-faceted campaign.”

Run by PMLiVE’s publisher the PMGroup, the Communiqué Awards recognise and reward outstanding work in healthcare communications across local, European and international markets.
