As we enter a new decade, new discoveries in healthcare and the advantages and practical assistance new technologies can offer us mean that we are looking towards a bigger and brighter future. However, despite all these advances, the NHS is struggling like never before, as Brexit continues to have a deep impact on staffing shortages and politicians vie with each other to pledge ever-more increasing amounts to ‘fix’ the healthcare service.

In healthcare as in other industries, we need to continue to work towards bringing the best talent to the fore, and this includes supporting women in healthcare.
